Science Sunday: Art of Chromatography
July 8, Drop in 11:30 - 1:30

"What is that? It literally means "color writing"  - think of the streaks and spread of ink on wet paper. Today we will be separating  a mixture of chemicals in liquid form and letting them creep slowly past each other on a solid support, in this case a piece of cloth. Each participant will take home their own Chromatography artwork
Drop-in format from 11:30 – 1:30
Best for ages 7+
Sponsored in part by Con Edison and Woodard & Curran Foundation
